Democracy under pressure - a debate with participation of Professor David Engels
Is democracy in the EU at risk? Have democracies in the history of civilization always been very short, happy episodes? These questions will be answered tomorrow (7/11/2018) in Berlin by Prof. Dr. Ulrike Guérot, researcher of democracy, former German foreign minister Joschka Fischer and historian, expert of the Institute for Western Affairs, Prof. Dr. David Engels.
