We would like to present Grażyna Strand’s new publication entitled “Korea. Polityka Południa wobec Północy w latach 1948-2008. Zmiana i kontynuacja” (Korea. South Korean policy toward North Korea in the years 1948-2008. Change and Continuation) published by Publishing House of the Institute for Western Affairs.

The purpose of this study is to explain the characteristics, scope and impact of South Korean policy toward North Korea in the years 1948-2008. This work attempts to approach the relationship between the two states in the context of changing South Korean political identities, governments, and policies of successive presidential administrations.
