It has been three years since the fall of the Lehman Brothers bank. The world economic crisis seems to evolve and take different forms. The problem on the mortgage market first spread to the general banking system, then moved to the public finances of the most of countries and threaten the stability of financial institutions once again. The world shudders at the thought of the realization of the W scenario.
