Polityka budowy pokoju. Pomoc humanitarna i rozwojowa. (Peace Building Policy. Humanitarian and Developmental Aid).
We would like to present a new publication of the Institute for Western Affairs' Publishing House entitled: "Polityka budowy pokoju. Pomoc humanitarna i rozwojowa" (Peace Building Policy. Humanitarian and Developmental Aid) edited by Joanna Dobrowolska-Polak.
Last two decades have shown that humanitarian and developmental aid is getting more and more significant in the area of international relations and political and economic issues. A lot of important precisely described aspects of international humanitarian aid are discussed in the collection of articles, among others the role of the European Union as one of the greatest donors of developmental aid.
"Polityka budowy pokoju. Pomoc humanitarna i rozwojowa " ( Peace Building Policy. Humanitarian and Developmental Aid) has been published as the third part of the series Kryzysy humanitarne wywołane działalnością człowieka (Humanitarian Crises Caused by Human Activities).Two previous volumes: „Stabilizacja nieładu i destabilizacja ładu" (The Stabilization of Disorder and the Destabilization of Order), and „Solidarność humanitarna" (Humanitarian Solidarity) were devoted to the security strategies of states and international organisations, the influence of critic zones on global and regional safety, mass violation of human rights and its consequences, and the security of humanitarian crises victims.
