Prof Sebastian Wojciechowski’s certificate of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE)

Prof Sebastian Wojciechowski, the research fellow of the Institute for Western Affairs, became an expert of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). Certificate awarding ceremony was held on 24 October 2014 in Dushanbe in the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Office in Tajikistan. It was attended by representatives of many countries, including the ambassadors of the European Union, the USA, Russia, France, Ukraine, Belarus and Afghanistan.
