We would like to inform you about a monograph published in June 2014 in connection with the third scientific conference “Energy Security – the Markets of Resources and Energy’ which was organized at the Institute for Western Affairs, 19-20 November 2013. The organisers of the conference were the Institute for Western Affairs, University of Security in Poznań, Szczecin University, Poznan University of Technology and Nicolaus Copernicus University.
