The European Parliament has responded sharply to tensions in relations between Russia and Ukraine and other Eastern Partnership countries before the upcoming Vilnius Summit. Debates and resolutions inspired by Polish MEPs have made it clear that Russia is set on undermining the Eastern Partnership project to the detriment of the European Union's external policy.
