No 62 - Regional cooperation in the light of the treaty on good neighborliness and friendly cooperation between Poland and Germany from 1991
Polish-German treaty of 1991 became the basis for developing cooperation between Polish and German regions. Significant impact on its implementation had: local government reform in Poland carried out by the government of Jerzy Buzek (January 1999) and Polish accession to the European Union (May 2004). These events greatly influenced the development of Poland, authenticated position of our country and led to a far-reaching changes at many levels - particularly legal, which determines almost all other areas of life.
