Head of Section for Strategic Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań. Editor in Chief of the academic journal Przegląd Strategiczny. Recipient of scholarship of Fundacja na rzecz Nauki Polskiej (The Polish Science Foundation) and the U.S. Department of State. Winner of academic award of the Polish Prime Minister and EU award for scholarly publications.
